Dustbunny – “Sheltering”

Dustbunny, the Portland-based outfit who’ve have found a cozy home in grungy noise rock since their debut last year, return with “Sheltering” – a track that engulfs you in a fuzzy wash of reverb, like running in slow motion through a thunderstorm. The band is comprised of members Chloe on guitar and vocals, Delaney on lead guitar, Dan on second guitar, Shanea on bass, and Evan on drums.

“Sheltering,” while heavy and dramatic at first glance, surrounds a soft core of melody and emotion. Chloe’s tender vocals and minimalist lyricism cut through the sonic storm, revealing an emotional underbelly open to interpretation. Dotted with pauses for reconciliation, Dustbunny create space for the track to breathe, like moments of clarity in a head fog.

Dustbunny will be playing Project Pabst on July 27th, 2025 in Portland, Oregon!
